– Roasted Aubergine –
My new favourite snack!
1. Slice in half and slice the flesh diagonally
2. Finely chop some garlic and stuff it between the openings
3. Splash on some oil, salt, pepper and other spices if you like
4. Roast at 190C until they look good enough to eat (15-30mins depending on preference)
