Every foodie has seen the pictures, a popular trend these days. So what is a buddha bowl?
Basically, grab a bowl, fill it with every healthy food you have in and make it colourful! Everyone has their own take on it so try it out.

What’s in my bowl?

  • Spinach
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Red pepper
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Grated ginger
  • Brown rice
  • Sweet potato chips (baked)
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Sunflower/pumpkin/chia seeds
  • Chopped cashew nuts

Eat until you’re full. So satisfying.
