So easy to make.
One and a half cups of flour, one cup of full fat yoghurt.
Use more flour for dusting and smoothing off the dough. Mix well and knead before rolling out. Top with all your favourites and bake at the top heat for 10/15mins. Pre-heating the oven is crucial.
I’ve topped mine with my homemade salsa (in my last post), red onion, cherry tomatoes, chopped chilli, cheese and basil.
Give it a try! You get a nice crisp base using strong white but sub in any other flour for healthy alternatives. A dough can be made with any flour and something wet, just play with the measurements to get a nice dough.
